Government and HR forms come as PDFs because every system supports them. Filling them is a different story. Print, hand-write, scan, send — every step adds friction. Half the time the form was actually fillable, you just didn't realize.
Drop the PDF. The tool finds existing form fields automatically. You'll see them highlighted; click each one and type. Checkboxes click to toggle. Signature fields open the signature panel. If the PDF doesn't have real form fields (just lines on a page), you can still add free-text on top.
Save and the filled PDF downloads with all your entries baked in. Some forms support digital signatures with a certificate — if yours does, the tool prompts for the .pfx file.
