Frequently asked questions

Will my formulas still work in the PDF?

Formulas are evaluated and their results are rendered. The PDF shows the calculated values — not the formula bar.

Can I convert a multi-sheet workbook?

Yes. Each sheet is added as its own page(s). Sheet names appear as page bookmarks in the PDF.

Are charts and conditional formatting preserved?

Yes. Charts are rasterized into the PDF at high quality. Conditional formatting renders with the same colors and rules.

Is there a file size limit?

Up to 100 MB per workbook. Very large datasets convert too, but expect a few seconds longer per sheet.
