欢迎来到 PDF7.org。本页面说明你使用我们服务时所适用的规则。这是一份法律文件，但同时也公正地反映了我们的工作方式——因此它的写法是为了让人认真阅读，而非草草浏览。

在正式条款之前，有两点值得说明。

PDF7.org 是一个独立项目。 可能存在其他使用相同名称、但采用不同后缀的网站（如 pdf7.app、pdf7.com 等）。这些网站与 PDF7.org 不存在共同的所有权、代码或业务结构。您可能看到过的关于它们的任何评价——无论正面还是负面——都不代表我们。PDF7.org 仅通过唯一地址 pdf7.org 运营。如果我们日后推出官方的其他形式（例如移动应用），会在本页面明确公布。

PDF7 的创立是为了 ，作为对我们在 PDF 处理领域不断看到的种种问题的替代方案：用户文件在不知情的情况下被转发给第三方、带有隐藏收费的“免费”服务、被埋没在过于复杂界面中的简单任务，以及往往连正确输出都无法生成的转换。PDF7.org 的诞生就是为了让这些事情在这里都不成立——一个尊重所处理文件的、安静而诚实的基础设施。

1. PDF7 是什么

PDF7 是一个免费平台，提供在线 PDF 编辑和格式转换工具，以及完整的图像工具集。PDF 方面：合并、拆分、压缩、旋转、密码保护，以及各种格式转换。图像方面：压缩、批量压缩、调整尺寸、裁剪、旋转、拼贴、加水印和格式转换——数十款辅助工具。一切都在浏览器中运行，无需账户，也不要求邮箱。

2. 合理使用

由于本服务对所有人免费开放，我们请所有用户遵守几条基本规则，以使其保持可靠和公平：

• 仅限合法使用。 不得通过 PDF7 处理犯罪、有害或其他被禁止的内容。
• 你拥有或有权使用的文件。 仅上传属于你本人或你有权使用的文档。
• 禁止自动化滥用。 每秒数百次请求、虚假流量或攻击尝试会降低所有人的服务质量。如果你有涉及大量或程序化使用的正当用例，只需与我们联系——我们通常能找到可行的安排。

3. 你的文件会怎样

你对上传的所有内容保留完整的版权和内容责任。禁止非法、侵权或有害的内容。

在我们这边，文件仅在操作进行期间保存在服务器内存中。处理完成且你下载完毕后，文件即消失。它不写入磁盘、不备份、不传递给任何第三方服务、不分析，也不发送到任何数据仓库。

这一设计的自然结果： 由于 PDF7 不保留任何用户数据，若操作中断（关闭标签页、连接断开），我们无法恢复文件。没有账户、没有历史记录、没有备份——因此丢失的文件无法重现。这是一种刻意的权衡：从不保留的数据，他人也永远无法触及。

3.1. The one exception: the File Sharing section

The “your files are not stored” rule above applies to every conversion and editing tool on the site. The one exception is the File Sharing section at /paylas. There, storing the file for a while is the service itself: the link you share can only work while the file is on the server.

In that section a file is stored only because you asked for it, and only for the period you chose: 1 hour, 24 hours, 1 week or 1 month. You set the period; when it ends the file is permanently deleted from the server. Deletion has two layers — an hourly cleanup job removes the file from disk, and the expiry is also checked on every access attempt. An expired file is never served under any circumstances.

You receive a delete link when you upload, so you can remove the file at any time before it expires. You are responsible for what you share: copyright infringement, malware, publishing personal data without consent and illegal content are forbidden. Such files are removed when reported, and the same file is blocked from being uploaded again.

3.2. Prohibited content, reports and removal

For the File Sharing section PDF7 acts as a hosting provider. Uploaded content is created by users; we do not produce it, we do not pre-screen it and we do not approve it. We are under no obligation to monitor the content we host in advance, but once we are notified of unlawful content we remove it as quickly as is technically possible. The lawfulness and accuracy of what you upload, and the rights in it, are entirely your responsibility.

Sharing the following is strictly prohibited:

• Any child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance; such content is removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
• Malware, viruses, phishing material or content used for fraud.
• Personal data published without the consent of the person concerned; images and documents that violate privacy.
• Intimate content captured or shared without consent.
• Terrorist propaganda, incitement to violence, hate speech.
• Cracked or unlicensed software and licence keys.
• Any other content that is unlawful under applicable law.

You can report content in two ways: the “Report” link on every file page, or the address 网站上的“举报”链接或右下角的帮助按钮. It is enough to give the link to the file and the reason for your report; including proof that you hold the rights speeds the process up. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours at the latest and content that is clearly unlawful is removed. Re-uploading the same file is then blocked by its digest (sha256).

To prevent abuse and to meet our legal obligations, uploads to the File Sharing section are logged: upload time, IP address, file name, size and file digest. These records are separate from the file itself and are kept for the legally required retention period even after the file has been deleted. They are never shared with third parties; they are provided only to competent authorities (courts, prosecutors, relevant public bodies) upon a proper written request, limited to the scope of that request.

The File Sharing section is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for damage arising from the loss of your files — this is not a backup service, so always keep your own copy. We reserve the right to remove any content we consider to be in breach of these terms without prior notice, and to restrict the offending user’s access to the service.

4. 自主研发——本站为何能够存在

PDF7 的基础设施和每款工具的处理引擎都由我们自己的团队从零打造。合并、转换、压缩、OCR——每款工具背后都有数月的开发、测试和打磨。你所看到的质量水准，是我们对自有引擎所投入工作的成果。

所有页面都不依赖第三方公司的 API、付费外部服务或现成的后端。由于我们不把转换外包给任何人，你的文件绝不会被转发到另一家公司的服务器。这正是服务既能保持低运营成本、又能免费使用的根本原因。

与许多同类平台不同，用户信息不会与任何第三方（包括广告合作伙伴）共享。不存在向外流出的数据，因为内部本就没有保留任何数据。

5. 服务限制

为使容量保持合理、体验保持公平，每款工具都有各自的限制。文件大小在大多数工具中约为 150 MB，部分更高。页数和文件数量限制直接显示在每款工具的页面上。

这些限制是暂时的。随着用户群增长和基础设施扩展，限制将相应提高。

6. 质量与保证

本服务按“现状”提供。转换质量可能因源文件而异——扫描文档、特殊字体和损坏的 PDF 可能产生不同结果。对于重要文档，我们建议检查输出。如果你遇到意外结果，联系表单是告知我们的合适途径；反馈会被定期审核。

7. 责任限制

对于因使用本服务而产生的直接或间接损害——包括文件丢失、转换错误和服务中断——PDF7 概不负责。这是一项标准的法律限制。

8. 价格、广告与捐赠

PDF7 目前完全免费。每款工具都可在无需账户、无需输入银行卡信息、无使用次数上限的情况下使用。没有引导你升级到付费方案的环节。

有两点使这成为可能。第一，上述的自主研发：没有任何许可费用流向外部服务。第二，页面上展示的广告。广告来自知名广告网络，根据页面主题选择——而非根据你上传的文件或你的行为。它们绝不会打断上传或下载流程。

未来计划开通可选的捐赠渠道。捐赠将通过 Buy Me a Coffee 或 Patreon 等独立平台处理——你的银行卡信息绝不会到达 PDF7。收到的任何捐赠都将全部用于基础设施：更强的服务器、更高的上限、更多的工具。

即使将来为专业用途引入付费功能，现有的免费服务也不会停止。任何未来的支付流程都将通过 Stripe 等通过 PCI-DSS 认证的提供商进行；银行卡信息在任何环节都不会传输给 PDF7。

9. 我们的发展方向

我们的目标之一是让更多工具完全在浏览器中运行。在这种模式下，文件永不离开用户的设备。这既是最快的方式，也是从隐私角度最稳妥的方式。我们已有少数工具采用此方式，其余工具将随时间逐步迁移到同样的模式。

10. 知识产权

PDF7.org 的设计、标识、内容、源代码和处理引擎归 PDF7 所有，受版权保护。未经许可的复制、再分发、逆向工程或修改均不被允许。如需引用、截图或合作，请与我们联系——合理的请求我们欢迎。

本条款可能会不时更新。最新版本始终发布在本页面，更新日期标注在顶部。继续使用本站即表示接受现行条款。
