Add a Watermark to a PDF
Sending a draft contract for review? Add a "DRAFT" watermark across every page so nobody mistakes it for the final. Sharing photos of an unreleased product? "CONFIDENTIAL" diagonally on every image keeps people honest.
The tool takes either text or an image. For text, pick the words, color, font size, opacity, and angle. For a logo, upload the PNG and choose where it sits — center, corner, repeated tile. The preview updates live so you can fine-tune before committing.
Watermarks here are baked into the PDF, not stored as a removable annotation. Someone opening the file in Acrobat won't be able to delete them with one click. They are still images on a page, so a determined attacker with image editing skills can remove them — watermarks are for honest viewers, not as a real DRM mechanism.
