What is UDF merging?

UDF is the document format used by UYAP, the Turkish national judiciary information system. Petitions, court decisions and expert reports are usually stored in it. Merging UDF files brings several such documents together into one UYAP document.

The merge happens at document-structure level rather than as plain text: paragraph alignment, bold and italic runs, tables and embedded images are carried over as they are, so the result opens in UYAP Editor as a single document.

Is Merge UDF free?

Merge UDF is completely free: no sign-up, no registration, no watermark, no ads. It works online — just open it in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer; you never install anything.

Your files are deleted from the server once the job is done; they are not shared with anyone and their content is not inspected. There is no daily limit, no trial period and no hidden fee.

Frequently asked questions

Can the merged file be uploaded to UYAP?

Yes. The output is written as a UDF archive containing content.xml, the same shape UYAP itself produces. Still, open the result once in UYAP Editor the first time you use it.

In what order are files merged?

In the order you add them. For a different order, remove the files and add them again in the order you want.

Are tables and images preserved?

Yes. Because the merge works on document structure, tables, embedded images and even unrecognised custom blocks are carried across unchanged.

Are my files stored?

No. Uploaded documents are processed temporarily and are not retained on the server afterwards.
