How to edit a PDF

Upload your PDF.Drag or pick the PDF you want to edit (up to 150 MB). One click opens the professional editor — page thumbnails on the left, toolbar on top, details panel on the right.

Click any element to edit.Click existing text → edit/delete/move. Add text/shape/image/signature/watermark on empty area (pick from toolbar, drag on page). All settings for the selected element appear on the right: color, font, size, border, fill, opacity, position. Hover over page thumb → ⟳ rotate, ✕ delete. Undo wrong action with Ctrl+Z.

Pick format and download.Top right "Save & Download" → standard PDF download. Click the ▼ arrow next to it → you can also download as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG, PNG, TXT or HTML. Word output is iLovePDF-class with real editable text boxes.

What is PDF Editor?

Frequently asked questions
Will my edits show up in Adobe Reader?
Yes. Edits modify the real PDF content. Anyone who opens the file in any reader sees your changes as if they were always there. All added text/shapes/signatures are embedded into the PDF.
Can I edit scanned PDFs?
You can add new text, 20+ shapes, images, signatures and watermarks on top; but existing scanned text is not editable (just an image). Run OCR first to convert to editable text.
Can I undo edits?
Inside the editor: yes (Ctrl+Z to Undo, Ctrl+Y to Redo). After Save & Download: no — that's why you should keep a backup of your original PDF.
What is the file size limit?
150 MB per PDF. For larger files, split first (Split tool), edit the parts, then merge back (Merge tool).
Can I download my edited PDF as Word or Excel?

How do I add a watermark to all pages?
Click the Watermark (⌘) button — customize angle, opacity, color, and apply to all pages. Added watermarks are SELECTABLE — click to move, change color/position, or delete.
How do I add my signature?
The Signature (✍) button offers 3 modes: DRAW with finger/mouse, UPLOAD existing signature image (PNG/JPG), or TYPE your name in signature font. The signature is added with transparent background and can be moved anywhere.
How do I rotate or delete pages?
Hover over the page thumbnails in the left sidebar — ⟳ rotate and ✕ delete buttons appear. Page deletion is reversible (Ctrl+Z), not permanent.
